If you are unhappy with your item(s) and would like to return them, please complete the return form within 14 days of delivery.

🔁 Return Instructions

  1. Fill in your personal details.
  2. Fill in your order details.
  3. Fill in the item(s) details — tick whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  4. If you require an exchange, make sure you fill in STEP 4.
  5. If you were sent the wrong item, make sure you fill in the details on STEP 5.
  6. Enclose the form with your parcel and we will process within 14 working days of receipt.
  7. Note: It is your responsibility to send the item safely to us. We advise using a courier with a tracking service.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returned goods must be in the same condition as received — new, unused, intact with all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Failure to meet this requirement will result in refund/exchange being declined. An admin charge may apply.
