Return Policy

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

If your return request is approved, you will be required to download and complete the returns form. Please enclose the completed form with your item and ensure all requested information is clearly provided.

Please note: Returns received without a completed returns form may result in processing delays and may not be accepted.

📬 You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received your return will undergo a detailed inspection upon receipt. We assess for any damage, wear, alterations, defects, or odours and cross-reference the item with our original inventory records. Items that are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
