Delivery dates
Orders normally take approximately 5 working days once the order is confirmed to arrive at your delivery address. Please note Non-UK deliveries may take longer. You will always be notified of an estimated delivery time at checkout based on the delivery option you select. We will also keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.

Returns Policy
Please ensure all goods are returned are in the same condition as received, new, unused, intact with all tags, labels, and packaging If an item is unsuitable you can send back the product to Jaan London within 14 days of purchase.
Please download the returns from and enclose it with the return item, and clearly state all the information requested on the form.
Please note that any items returned without a return form may cause a delay in processing your return/exchange and subsequently may not be processed.
Exchange
If you would like an exchange please return the item(s) for an exchange with additional delivery charges which you can calculate using the website by selecting the products you wish to exchange them for by going to checkout to view delivery charges.
You can send us an email authorizing us to accept payment from your initial payment card. Any payment due from ourselves for an exchange will be refunded back to your payment card within 5-7 working days, of receiving your returned product.
Please note if you require an exchange for products for which we have offered free delivery, re-delivery costs will be charged.
Import Taxes Policy:
When you place an order with us, please be aware that import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on the country from which you are ordering.
